For the sale of access to the private AI Models Masterclass group. Valid and effective from 9 October 2026.
1. Introductory provisions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the seller and the buyer when access to the private AI Models Masterclass group (the “Group”) is purchased through this website.
The seller is Pretty Agency s.r.o., with its registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 22432019, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Entry 416503. Contact: fill in the contact e-mail.
The buyer is the person who purchases access to the Group. A consumer is a buyer who does not act within the scope of their business when making the purchase.
Access may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or over.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. If the buyer is a consumer habitually resident in another Member State of the European Union, this does not affect the protection granted to them by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
2. What you are buying
The subject of the contract is access to the Group. It includes in particular:
access to the private community on Discord,
video lessons and recordings,
ready-made ComfyUI workflows in .json format,
prompts and tools, including AI agents,
chat support and group online calls,
help with creating your own LoRA.
The content of the Group may be changed and extended over time, for example when new models are released. The essential features of the access will be preserved.
To use the materials, the buyer needs their own device and an internet connection. Generation runs in ComfyUI on a graphics card (GPU) that the buyer provides, either their own or rented from third parties (for example RunPod or Vast.ai). The costs of GPU rental, software and third-party services are not included in the price and the buyer pays them directly to their providers.
Access period: fill in the access period.
3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
The buyer places an order by selecting access to the Group on the website, filling in the required details on the payment page, confirming their agreement with these Terms and paying the price.
Before paying, the buyer can review and correct the details they have entered.
The contract is concluded at the moment the price is successfully paid. A payment confirmation is sent to the e-mail address the buyer entered during payment.
The contract is concluded in English when ordering through the English version of the website, and in Slovak when ordering through the Slovak version. The buyer can save or print the Terms valid at the time of the order from this page.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown on the website before the order in euros, including VAT, and is final. The price binding on the buyer is the one shown on the payment page at the time of the order.
The buyer chooses one of the payment options:
in full, paying the whole price when ordering,
in two instalments, paying the first instalment when ordering, with the second one charged by the payment gateway to the same card one month later. Payments end automatically after the second instalment. The amount of the instalments and their total are shown on the website and on the payment page before payment. On the payment page, the instalments are shown as a monthly subscription that cancels itself after the second payment.
When paying in instalments, the buyer must pay both instalments. If the second instalment cannot be charged even after a reminder, the seller may suspend access to the Group until it is paid.
The price of access increases each time a set number of spots has been sold. Next to the price, the website shows how many spots are still available at that price. The number is based on actual sales.
Existing members of the Group can get a discounted price by using a member code.
Payment is made through the Stripe payment gateway by payment card or another method offered by Stripe. The seller has no access to payment card details.
The payment page may show the price converted into the buyer's local currency. The converted amount includes a currency conversion fee, which the payment page shows before payment. The buyer can choose to pay in euros on the payment page; any conversion is then made by their bank under its own terms.
The buyer receives proof of purchase electronically at the e-mail address entered during payment.
5. Access to the content
The buyer gets access to the Group immediately after payment. After payment, the website redirects the buyer to the invitation to the Group.
If the invitation is not displayed, the buyer writes to fill in the contact e-mail and the seller will send it within 48 hours at the latest.
Access is personal and non-transferable.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
A consumer may, as a rule, withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the consumer does not have this right under Section 1837 of the Civil Code if performance began with their prior express consent before the withdrawal period expired and the consumer acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
The buyer gives this consent by ticking the box on the payment page before paying. Since the buyer gets access immediately after payment, they can no longer withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
This does not affect the buyer's rights arising from defective performance under Article 7.
7. Complaints
If the access or the content does not work or does not match its description, the buyer reports this to fill in the contact e-mail together with a description of the problem.
The seller handles the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days after it is made, primarily by remedying the defect, for example by restoring access or correcting the material. If the defect cannot be remedied, the consumer is entitled to a reasonable discount or to withdraw from the contract to the extent provided by law.
A defect does not include malfunctions caused by the buyer's or third parties' devices, software or services (for example an outage of a rented GPU, a change in ComfyUI or in third-party models), nor a result that does not meet the buyer's subjective expectations.
8. Rules of use
The materials in the Group (videos, workflows, prompts and other content) are protected by copyright. The buyer receives a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use them for their own needs and their own creative work.
The buyer may not resell, share, publish or make available the materials or the access to the Group to other persons.
When using the materials, the buyer must comply with the law and with the rules of the platforms where they publish content. It is prohibited in particular to create content depicting minors in a sexual or otherwise inappropriate context, content depicting real persons without their consent, and content that infringes the rights of third parties or the law. The buyer is solely responsible for the content they create.
Members must behave respectfully in the community. Spam, harassment and sharing illegal content are not allowed.
In the event of a serious or repeated breach of these rules, the seller may terminate the buyer's access without a refund.
9. Results and liability
The examples on the website illustrate what can be achieved with this approach. The seller does not guarantee specific results, income or success, which depend mainly on the buyer's work and skills.
The information on costs and generation times on the website is indicative. Prices of third-party services change.
The seller is not responsible for third-party services (for example RunPod, Vast.ai, ComfyUI, third-party models or the Group's communication platform) or for their availability.
These limitations do not apply to the extent that the law does not allow consumer rights to be limited.
The body competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz). Consumers from other EU Member States may also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.
Compliance with obligations under the Consumer Protection Act is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
11. Final provisions
The seller may change these Terms. The contract is governed by the Terms valid at the time of the order.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are valid and effective from 9 October 2026.
